Dying to be Thin-- student matinee November 2, 2007

This powerful play for middle and high school students examines the effect of an eating disorder on the life of one young woman. The play takes an unflinching look inside issues of body image and peer pressure. As a recovered bulimic, playwright Linda Carson drew upon her own experiences when creating the character of Amanda Jones.
