Dugout Canoe February 28, 2009

A dugout canoe found on a local cranberry marsh is the featured artifact in the Discovery Center's exhibit on Native Americans. Estimated to be about 150 years old, the dugout is one of only 90 canoe relics that have been discovered in Wisconsin.
