Whether you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape, lose weight or take your running to the next level I can help you reach your goals.

I can help you train for that 5k, 10k or marathon you have always wanted to train for but didn't know how to. You will do a variety of coached workouts while enjoying the fellowship and safety of a running group.

Depending on your level, the training will include steady-paced walk/runs, speed training, intervals, hills, fartleks, and tempo runs. Seminars provided regarding proper stretching, nutrition, and footwear.

A personal running schedule will be given to every participant.

Running group meets TWICE A WEEK.. Sometimes 3 times
