Dubai Training Course: Advanced Project Management June 2, 2012

The Advanced Project Management Course is an intensive 10 days’ program and is designed for project and related executives who wish to broaden, sharpen and deepen their project management competencies. This course integrates the latest proven project management concepts and practices to give participants a firm grounding in the advanced skills and knowledge required to successfully manage projects. Case studies form the core of the program content, reinforced by practical exercises and tasks.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
After attending this program participants will be better able to:
() Get an in-depth understand the crux and concept of effective project management
() Analyze the feasibility of projects and select the best projects to be implemented
() Prepare comprehensive project proposals
() Establish and achieve project objectives that are linked directly to stakeholder needs, wants and expectations
() Effectively utilize project management processes, methods, tools, practices and tricks to successfully select, initiate, plan, implement, monitor, evaluate, control and close projects

LEARNING METHODOLOGY
A proper mix of short lectures, Q&A, sharing, discussions, individual & group exercises and cases. The training will be divided into two parts; the first part (day 1 up to day 5) and the second section (day 6 up to day 10). In between, one day will be reserved for outdoor group action activities and one free day.
