($8). Steady dub weekly Dub Mission goes worldly tonight with the help of Bay Area-native Kush Arora's live fusion of Indian bhangra and Jamaican dancehall rhythms. The DJ/producer is joined by MC N4SA, who rides the bass with strong lyrical poise while guitarist A. Hegg keeps things lively ? but it's the sweet tone of vocalist Mr. Frank that takes center stage. Kingston and New Delhi have never seemed as close as they do here.
