On Sunday, Dub Mission will present the debut of DOUBLEBASS, an exciting new project featuring the amazing talents
of YOSSI FINE and DUB GABRIEL. With this live-band-meets-sound system, both members blur the lines between producer,
musician, sound system and electronic technician, bringing a night of exceptionally heavy dub, live and for the first time to the
Dub Mission stage. After years of spending time behind the mixing board, Israeli bassist/producer YOSSI FINE is coming back
to the front of the stage as a Bass MC, using a loop station and a whole lot of bass to create a one-man sound system,
creating bass lines and beats on the spot. Brooklyn resident DUB GABRIEL (Azra, Universal, Baraka Foundation, Baboon Records,
Brooklyn, NY/Berlin, Germany) has been a fixture on the New York DJ scene. After living in Berlin Germany for a year, he has returned
Stateside with a vengeance, settling in the Bay Area and pushing bass heavy sounds with ass shaking beats.
