Author, visionary, and activist Duane Elgin will speak on topics from his recently published book, "The Living Universe." Duane brings together extraordinary evidence from science to show that the universe is not dead but rather uniquely alive, a new paradigm that is vital for building a sustainable future. He will explore how this view radically transforms our concept of ourselves, our place in the cosmos, and the evolutionary trajectory of the human family.

In 2006, Duane (also the author of “Voluntary Simplicity”) received the international “Goi Peace Award” in recognition of his contribution to a global “vision, consciousness, and lifestyle” that fosters a “more sustainable and spiritual culture.”
