Drop-in Art Making November 7, 2010

Every Sunday from 1-3 PM, families can experience a new adventure in art making free with admission to the Contemporary Jewish Museum. As always, the hands-on fun inspires children to learn more about the exhibits on display in the galleries, architecture or holidays and traditions.

November 7, 2010: Shadow Box Landscapes
After exploring the landscapes in the exhibition Reclaimed: Paintings from the Collection of Jacques Goudstikker, fill your own shadow box with papers and objects to create a 3-D world.

November 14, 2010: Worldly Travel Tags!
The world of Curious George has arrived at the Contemporary Jewish Museum with the opening of the new exhibition Curious George Saves the Day: The Art of Margret and H. A. Rey, so here’s your chance to create personalized worldly travel tags for your own journeys near and far!
