Drink Local: MD & VA Wine Seminar and Tasting October 8, 2009

A highly educational experience to understand how winemakers are harnessing the concept of Terroir in the mid-Atlantic area.

Tasting Details: The main room will feature three of the most celebrated wineries from each state and will each pour one white and one red wine. You will have the opportunity to meet the winemakers in person during the festival and order their wine if you live in a location that allows for direct shipping from the winery to your home. Light appetizers including a selection of local cheeses from Firefly farms (MD), Chappel’s Creamery (MD) and Everona Dairy (VA) will also be served in the festival room.
