OF INTEREST TO ADULT LEARNERS, EMPLOYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS, MEDIA, ATHLETES and ANYONE WHO DARES TO DREAM.

Paul Rosen has overcome all odds to make his dreams come true. After a devastating Hockey accident, Paul's career as an athlete
seemed to be over... That is until, at 39 years old, he tried out for Team
Canada's sledge hockey team. Several Pan Am and Paralympic Games later, Paul talks about how not even winning a gold medal for Canada in Torino is as significant an accomplishment as his latest adventure.

Last summer, at age 50, Paul announced he was retiring from sports - and focusing his attention on a dream he'd had his whole life - literacy. Reading at a grade school level, Paul became a Grade Learning student to overcome his fears and learn how to read. Come and hear about his triumphant and brave journey.
