What is Dream Mapping and Goal Setting about...Dream
Mapping and Goal Setting is a process to help you get clear on what you
want in your life, or in a specific aspect of your life. During
this experiential workshop we will go through a series of exercises to
assist you in realizing and crystallising your dreams and goals for
yourself and your life. The workshop will include
relaxation, creating your own dream collage, and other excercises. As
well as practical tools to use on a day-to-day basis for turning your
dreams into reality. If you are not clear on your goals,
vision or puspose then this workshop is for you, to get you ontrack for
