Dr. Tom Crow Performs Monaghan Organ Recital November 13, 2011

Dr. Thomas J. Crow will perform at the annual University of St. Thomas Monaghan Organ Recital at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13 at the Chapel of St. Basil, 3802 Yoakum.
Crow is an associate professor of history and former chair of the Music Department at the University of St. Thomas. He has been organist-choirmaster at Bethany Christian Church since 2004 and at Congregation Beth Israel since 1978. He has recently conducted the acclaimed University of St. Thomas Herztein Concert ‘An Interfaith Introduction to the Music of the High Holy Days.’
Fr. Francis E. Monaghan was an important member of the UST community for 43 years. He was a music lecturer and his legacy lives on in this annual organ recital.
