Downtown for Democracy Art Auction November 24, 2003

A benefit for Downtown for Democracy, "a political action committee dedicated to mobilizing the creative community and transforming its cultural influences into political power," this evening includes live and silent auctions featuring works by Paul Pfeiffer, Rob Pruitt, Sophia Coppola, Vanessa Beecroft and many, many, more. Fred Schneider serves as auctioneer. Evening includes, auction followed by a party. A bit pricey at $50, but could promise to be a memorable evening, plus it's for an interesting cause.
