Downtown Elgin Window Wonderland December 4, 2010

The 12th Annual Downtown Elgin Window Wonderland: Miracle in the Streets - Presented by Provena St. Joseph Hospital returns to the streets of downtown Elgin on Saturday, December 4 from 11am-5pm. Attractions include real live reindeer, photos with Santa, live Nativity scene, window decorating contest judging, week-long holiday passport with family friendly activities and the City of Elgin's tree-lighting ceremony at Civic Plaza at 5pm.
