Douglas County ABWA - Hosting a Free Self Defense Class February 19, 2010

Douglas County American Business Women’s Association will be hosting a Self-Defense Class for Women. The class, taught by Sergeant Brad Stafford of the Douglasville Police Department, will focus on personal safety and awareness. There will be an opportunity to practice soft-hand and break-away techniques.

This event will be held at the First United Methodist of Douglasville - on Presley Mill in Douglasville, GA - While this is a free event we encourage you to register
