Greetings, Dorks! On WEDNESDAY, November 1st at 7:30 PM at CHAC's Lower Level, we will have three presentations about taking photos and video from where you are not.

Bre Pettis will share his kite aerial photography rigs and give us hints on how to avoid knocking someone's head off with a pound and a half of payload attached to a long string.

Peter Brown will show us the Assimilator Project; a way to enable people to have a first-person perspective of being 500 feet in the air using simple off the shelf wireless video equipment, LCD video goggles, lots of string and a large helium balloon.

Brad Larsen and Ryan Weh will tell us about their radio-controlled blimp-mounted camera, and then demonstrate it in action.
