About Robert Stemmler Winery
The Robert Stemmler Carneros fruit is sourced from The Donum Estate – 120 acres of prime vineyard land located in the heart of Carneros, the main focus of which is growing extraordinary Pinot Noir. Carneros is one of the coolest regions in Sonoma County because of its closeness to the San Pablo Bay, making it the perfect growing region for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Our philosophy is simple: low input, sustainable farming. Our goal is to farm each block to its individual needs to bring out the complexity of each site. This philosophy is carried into the cellar to showcase the personality of each block.

About Anne Moller-Racke and her team
Anne Moller-Racke, president and wine grower, has been caretaker of Donum Carneros vineyards for over 25 years and was at the forefront of the California viticultural revolution. She works closely with Nabor Camerena, vineyard manager, who has 24 years of experience growing grapes in Carneros. Kenneth Juhasz began his career in a cold cellar in Oregon and oversees all winemaking at The Donum Estate, Robert Stemmler and his own highly acclaimed pinot noir label, Auteur Winery. The three share a goal: producing wines that are the purest possible expressions of site and vintage.
