Donato Enoteca will host a Produttori del Barbaresco Wine Dinner with Aldo Vacca on Thursday, April 19 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The $125.00 five-course (plus hors d'oeuvres) prix fixe wine paired Piemontese cuisine menu will be prepared by Donato Enoteca Executive Chef/owner Donato Scotti and will feature single crus wines. This will be a very rare opportunity to try such vintages and to meet iconic wine maker Aldo Vacca.
