!Domestic Departures' presents works of nine female contemporary artists from Europe and the United States. Their works seek to redefine domestic environments, settings and spaces. It guides the viewer through domestic environments that is both real and imaginary. It turns the familiar into something foreign and the commonplace into something exotic.
