The Animal Coalition of Tampa is announcing Tampa Bay's third annual neuter-a-thon at the ACT Spay/Neuter Clinic on February 19 and 20, 2011. The cost is $5 per cat; limited to male cats only. Price includes neuter surgery, pain injection and a rabies vaccination. Advanced registration is required by calling 813-250-1234.
