Enjoy the unique winter sport of dog sledding! Imagine gliding along a winding trail through pine forests heavy with snow; winter's blanket silencing all except for the frosted breathing of the dogs and the mushers sharp commands hanging in the chilled air as they yell "gee" or "haw" telling the dogs to turn right or left. You will be more than impressed by these extraordinary four-legged athletes whose passion is to run! If you’ve ever read "The Call of the Wild", "White Fang", or watched the Iditarod Sled Dog Race you will truly appreciate this unique experience.

For lunch we'll head to a quaint local restaurant that serves French- American food and has a wonderful selection of wine! The menu changes with the seasons as it includes local fresh produce. The restaurant is a former historic tavern that was visited by many famous people including Babe Ruth!

Then we'll stop by a local winery & vineyard for a relaxing wine tasting. The winery is known for its sweet whites and wonderful fruit wines including: Apple, Strawberry, Cherry & Blueberry!
