Dog Days of Summer: Dog Art Exhibition and Sale - August 12-31, 2007

Orchard Artworks, announces the opening of The Dog Days of Summer: Dog Art Exhibition and Sale, a special show featuring dog-themed art and craft by member and non-member artists. The event runs August 12 through August 31 and opens on Sunday, August 12th, with a meet-the-artists reception from 1 to 4pm.

Among the artists’ offerings are paintings, prints, jewelry, stained glass, mosaics, photography and other mediums that celebrate our furry friends. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Spayed Club, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to solving dog and cat over population by offering low cost spaying and neutering in the Greater Philadelphia Area. http://www.thespayedclub.org
Orchard Artworks is a cooperative gallery of fine and craft artists from Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties located in the historic Powell House at 520 Tomlinson Road, Bryn Athyn, PA.
