DIY Divorce Workshop
This workshop is for those individuals who have decided to file for divorce without legal counsel. During the workshop, participants will go through an explanation of the required paperwork and documentation for divorce in Maryland. Special areas of consideration will be discussed, including child custody and access, child support, alimony, and division of marital property.
This workshop is meant to provide guidance and information on the divorce process, but it is not meant to replace the specific legal advice provided from attorney to client.
Led by Attorney Linda Sorg Ostovitz, an excellent family law attorney and mediator with more than 29 years of experience. She is an educator and advocate specializing in legal matters related to separation, divorce, and child custody.
If you are filing for a divorce without legal counsel, then you do not want to miss this opportunity to have a better understanding of the requirements and documentation that will ultimately lead to a more successful outcome.
