Folk hip hop outfit Dizraeli And The Small Gods is fronted by Dizraeli, the award-winning slam poet and former frontman of hip hop band Bad Science. He's supported by The Small Gods- a blindingly gifted set of musicians featuring the steel-string genius of composer-guitarist Lee Westwood, the voice of Cate Ferris (who has worked extensively with Martha Tilston), and the astonishing Bellatrix (Female Beatbox World Champion) on beatbox and double bass. This is a band who combine the virtuoso musicianship of old folk music with the improvised wildness of hiphop to stunning effect.
