If you've ever been on the road with your iPod or cellphone running precariously low on power, this is the weekend project for you! In this course, we'll be building a "Minty Boost" -- a battery-powered alternative to charging your electronic devices that fits inside an Altoids gum tin.

Soldering is required. All materials (with the exception of batteries and your device's charging cable) will be provided and are included in the ticket price. Attendees are encouraged to bring alternate MintyBoost cases such as candy tins, playing card cases, or small boxes.

For a full list of Minty Boost compatible devices, please check the "Device Compatibility" section of this page: http://ladyada.net/make/mintyboost/index.html
