We will be showing a 45 minute presentation about how to search the MLS for bank owned REO properties. This presentation will cover how to search the MLS based on your target market, how to use comps to establish ARV and how to create an offer price. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session where we will discuss what we have learned and answer any questions.
