The Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro today announced that Mike Dorval, the Boston Bubble Guy, will perform as part of its Winter Vacation series on Wednesday, December 29th.

Featured on Fox TV and The Chronicle, Dorval features an interactive and sudsy show about the science and fun of bubbles. Mike has also performed for The Boston Children's Museum, The Acton Discovery Museum, The Ecotarium of Worcester, Next Generation's Childcare Centers, Bright Horizons Children's Centers, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Molly Bish Foundation, and more.

Described by Fox News as the comedian who 'has a knack for being able to see life through bubbles,' Dorval introduces colors, shapes, science and chemistry, all through the magic and fun of bubbles.

Dorval has been performing for, with, and around kids for the past 15 years all around the world. He has been part of three international Children's Tours, including The Wizard of Oz, The Pied Piper, Pinnochio, and more.

Prior to his life in bubbles, Dorval was part of the Emmy-award winning Foodplay Productions, and is a founding member of Kidstage at the Boston Children's Museum.

Dorval also regularly performs for the Starlight Children's Foundation, a make-a-wish foundation for terminally ill children and their families.

Mike the Boston Bubble Guy's performance, part of the Orpheum Theatre's Winter Vacation Series, starts at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 29th. Other features include: Magic and Beyond with Illusionist David Garrity on December 27th; Creature Teachers on December 28th; and The Davey the Clown Show on December 30th.
