Discover India celebrates one of the most vibrant elements of Indian culture—music. On showcase this year will be the sitar, India’s famous and beloved musical instrument and the tabla, the mesmerizing Indian drum. Come celebrate Indian culture and music while listening to two of India’s finest musicians—Ust. Shahid Parvez (on sitar) and Pt. Anindo Chatterjee (on tabla). Both artists are recipients of the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award—the highest award a performing artist can receive in India.
