Based on the 1988 movie, 'Scoundrels' tells the tale of two con men living on the French Riviera who soon find themselves competing against each other. They decide to settle their differences with one last challenge: swindling $50,000 from a heiress. Whomever manages it first gets to stay in town, the other must leave.
