The band is an evergrowing collective of musicians with a common goa --: to create music that transcends the usual and predictable. The Dino Haak Collective is primarily a duo, consisting of Dino Haak on Megatar and Alex Westcoat on drums. The duo frequently collaborate with other friends/artists, making the band more of an artistic "collective."

yep! Talked to him at a show at the central not too long ago. Cool guy, think that was his band in europe when he was like 14 years old. I played in a band called Katmandu in Minneapolis a few years ago ago so we got talking about names. I think his was called the katmandu groove sherpers (shepherds??). 20 years ago? Can't be, the dude looks pretty young!! Saw the collective at the central a few months ago. Absolutely u-n-r-e-a-l stuff. Dude goes crazy on his guitar-bass-thing and playing the keys with his feet, gotta check out that drummer too. Best drummer in Seattle, in my opinion. I am a drummer myself and was blown out of my mind seeing this dude go nuts. Had to go drink some beers! bLooks like they're playing the Fremont Fair this year with the spoonman from soundgarden.
