Menu: Marinated chicken grilled on a bamboo skewer and served with
peanut sauce, Crispy rice paper-wrapped tiger prawn, and Spring roll
appetizers, AND Pad Thai, Crunchy beancakes with cashew nuts, Tamarind
prawns, Minced chicken sauteed with fresh chili, basil, and oriental
eggplant, Grilled marinated skirt steak topped with peanut sauce,
Jasmine rice, coffee or tea, and Fried banana with coconut ice cream
for dessert! (Portions adjusted to accommodate vegetarian diets.)
