'Dimensions of Will' by Faisal Muqaddam October 24, 2009

Will, from the perspective of essence, is the capacity and support that the great being provides for us to be there to pursue our growth and the evolution of our souls and to face the inner as well as the outer difficulties that unavoidably arise. Different situations require different capacities to meet them.

We will explore the basic aspect of Will essence and the major attributes of this supportive aspect of being, such as Personal Will, Universal Will, Perseverance Will, and Cosmic Will. We will also touch on the major issues that obscure our connection and integration of these qualities in our daily life. The work is based on transmission and psycho-spiritual experiential understanding.

Faisal Muqaddam is the originator of the Diamond Logos Teachings and the co-originator and co-developer (with A.H. Almaas) of the "Diamond Approach" to liberation. He is a psychospiritual teacher and has been teaching in the Middle East and U.S.A. for the last thirty-four years, and has offered retreats in Germany, Italy and Denmark for the last twelve years.

Born in Kuwait in 1946, he trained as a Reichian therapist with Dr. Phillip Curcuruto and has also studied different systems of growth with esteemed teachers such as Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche, Dr. Claudio Naranjo, and Middle Eastern Sufi teachers. Currently he is practicing and teaching in California, Colorado, and Hawaii.
