Digital Television Transition Workshop January 19, 2009

On February, 17, 2009, all television stations will be transitioning to digital signals. In this presentation you will learn why this transition is occurring, what the benefits are to television viewers, what you need to do in order to continue receiving over-the-air television broadcasts, and how to apply for two $40 government coupons per household to help reduce the cost of obtaining a digital converter box. A representative from RadioShack will demonstrate how to successfully set up a digital converter box on the library’s analog television set.
