Raised in Miami of Argentinean decent, the sound Diego Garcia is mining becomes immediately familiar. With lush string arrangements, delicate Spanish guitars, and distinctly Latin vocal intonations, 'You Were Never There' is worlds apart from Diego's former band Elefant (for which he was the lead singer).
