Dias De Los Muertos (Days of the Dead) November 28, 2008

'Dias de los Muertos' is a time during the first two days of November when Mexicans remember their dead. Mexicans commemorate their deceased loved ones by decorating graves and altars and sharing food with the spirits of the dead. This exhibition features an ofrenda (altar), wood toys, calaveras (skeletons), photographs, papel picado (cut-paper design) and handmade Mexican crafts.
