James Beard award winner Chef Carrie Nahabedian of NAHA and Diageo have joined together to delight guests with entrees inspired by the season. The five-course winter menu will be accompanied by cocktails created by mixologist Peter Vestinos of Wirtz Beverage. Just to give you a taste: Lychee tea infused Don Julio Blanco with peach sorbet, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, mint and chili pepper, along with a Ron Zacapa 23 year-old Guatemalan Rum served with warm marsala chai and a spiced foam. This will compliment dishes such as Pan-Roasted Baffin Island Arctic Char with herb crusted sweetbreads and Roast “Lacquered” Aged Moulard Duck with confit cockscombs. Fine teas from Rare Tea Cellars and fruits from Seedling Farms will be featured in both the cuisine and cocktails.
