This is the second gathering for the DFW Open Coffee Club.
The DFW Open Coffee Club is an open and informal gathering place for startups, investors, media , and other beneficial people to show up and get to know each other in our local area. You can read more about the general movement here at http://www.opencoffeeclub.org/.
The even is open and welcome to all who are interested! Feel free to show up for five minutes or a couple hours.
Fusion Cafe is a great coffee spot in downtown Plano. It's very convenient to 190 and 75. There is a Dart stop behind the building. Also there is plenty of parking in the garage in the back of the building. They have free fast wireless internet which is convenient for anyone wanting to demo.

HI,
We'll the last one we scheduled for mid week and had a better showing. A lot of people asked to have something on the weekend so that it wouldn't interfere with their work.
I think that I'll reschedule this one for next Tuesday afternoon and see what happens.

Hey,
I should also mention that at the last meeting the people who came actually did not mark that they were attending on Yahoo Upcoming. And only two people who did mark actually came.
So, the number is kind of meaningless actually.
I hope to see you there, maybe we can chat about ways to promote the group!

This just hasn't caught on in Dallas! Four days aways and 3 people are listed as attending?
Maybe a week night would be better than Sat @ 2pm.
