Detox Yoga Workshop with Kumbi

Breathe out the old and breathe in the new! Celebrate the day before New Year's Eve in a class designed to help you let go, cleanse and release the heaviness from this past year and move into the new year feeling lighter, cleaner, calmer and clearer.

Prepare for a challenging vinyasa flow practice with an emphasis on twists and a long chakra clearing meditation. Do not eat 4 hours prior and bring water. Enjoy detox tea and organic fruit afterward.
