This event is a combination of exhibitions in the Market Place, an Evening Reception in the Darwin Suite and concluding with a spectacular concert in the Assembly Rooms.
2010 promises to be one of the most memorable years in the history of Cadet Forces throughout the United Kingdom. It's our 150th birthday and we plan to celebrate it in style. Celebrations include all four Cadet Forces representing some 130,000 cadets and their 25,000 adult volunteers, will be involved in celebrating a century and a half of achievements and success.
Derbyshire Cadet Forces will be holding their Cadet 150 Celebration on Saturday the 26 June 2010. This day will include a spectacular concert in the Great Hall of the Assembly Rooms.
The Band of Derbyshire Army Cadet Force performing by kind permission of their Commandant, Col Trevor Paulucci, along with guest bands from around the UK will be providing a fantastic programme of music.
