Denise Saul at THE BOOK BITES BACK

Our recent PBS Pamphlet Choice winner Denise Saul (author of 'White Narcissi') features at this Apples and Snakes production, which claims that:

"Reports of the death of print have been greatly exaggerated. In the poetry world, certainly, the good old book is well and truly alive. And tonight we set out to prove that, in the right hands, a poetry book can be an integral part of a sizzling performance."

Featured on the night in addition to Denise will be -

Daljit Nagra, the incisive writer whose book Look We Have Coming to Dover! was widely acclaimed by readers and media alike;

Jamal Msebele, who published his first book at the age of thirteen, and is now, aged 14, making waves on the UK poetry scene;

George Chopping, a poet who bridges the page-stage divide and demonstrates that a book can be quirky and slightly mad;

plus a mystery guest.
