Fellow American Citizen:

Eager to avoid a repeat of 2000? Tired of feeling like a pariah just for being an American citizen? Hoping to vote in the primary, but you have the sinking feeling that you're not registered and you're unsure how to remedy that situation?

If you have been following the exciting primary campaign in the US, you are undoubtedly aware both of the historic importance of this election, and the hope filled, dynamic campaign of Barack Obama. As Obama supporters living abroad, we thought it would be great to bring some of the excitement of the Barack campaign to Shanghai, while at the same time getting people signed up for the Global Primary.

Please join us on January 29th, Tuesday 7PM for an event to (1) get you registered in the Democratic Global Primary, (2) provide you information about one of the most thoughtful, dynamic candidates in the race, and (3) put you in contact with other Americans based in Shanghai who are interested in the presidential election.

The party will be held at Room Twenty Eight, downstairs from the URBN Hotel at Jiao Zhou Lu #187. Great snacks and drinks will be served.
