Delectable Desserts March 23, 2011

Do you have a sweet tooth? In the Delectable Desserts class, offered through UNM Continuing Education, you will make and eat a variety of delicious treats to satisfy any craving. Participants will create Margarita Mousse, Magical Dessert Soufflé, Molten Chocolate Cakes, Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting and many more! A $15 food fee is due at the beginning of class and participants will learn how to make ahead and freeze the goodies for any occasion. Class will be held from 6-9pm on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Los Altos Christian Church located at 11900 Haines NE in Albuquerque, NM. Tuition is $55.
