Oh, my God! I had never heard of Priscilla Shirer until June 27, 2008. She is simply amazing! She is such a wonderful teacher and she gave some great real life examples to help you to be able to relate that to scriptures in the bible and the truths of God. I loved the teaching about the wilderness. I did not know much about Kay Arthur and I thought she was awesome also. She looks really good to be 74! I want to look that young and vibrant when I turn 74. I like the statement that she said about our responsibility as parents is to train our kids not entertain them. And what a great word she gave us about how God does not want to bring calamity into our lives and how we must continue to spread HIS word even if they don't listen. And lastly, but surely not the least, Beth Moore was the main attraction for me. The best thing that I think that I can take from her teachings was that we as believers must know that when we repent that GOD has truly forgiven us. We have to know that he has. I enjoyed this entire event. I can't wait to continue to follow them all with their books and audio cd's and dvd's. I will be certain to attend another bible study like this the next time one is near me.
