Dedalus Wine Class - Holiday Wine Pairings October 26, 2008

Why bring friends and family another bottle of wine that will get absorbed into the big, boring pile of fruit-cake and booze that everybody else though would make a great gift. Bring them something tasty and adventurous: a bottle of Cru Beaujolais, or some single-vineyard Mosel Riesling. Not only will you ratchet up the hip-factor with the caché inherent in these bottlings, but, with the right story, you'll get a glass at dinner!

Laid-back wine guru and Dedalus wine educator David Garaventa will present a number of dynamic food wines, explain the reasoning behind pairing them with holiday vittles, and he'll walk you through a tasting. You'll be sure to show up with an eye-opening wine to fit every occasion.

This is the second class in a three class series and Dedalus Wine Classes are being held in the private dining room at Three Tomatoes Trattoria on Church Street and limited to 20 participants.
