Champagne and sparkling wines make any event special – a great reason to drink a bottle every week! These wines run the gamut from sleek and mineral laced, to rich and fruity. They're also super food-friendly, and they've got bubbles! How many more reasons do you need?

Sign up for this class and we'll explain the mysterious methode-champenoise (the Champagne making process) and the basics of selecting a sparkler for any occasion. You'll also hear about and taste wines from edgy, sexy Grower estates, venerable old Champagne houses, and bottlers of sweet Cava and rich Prosecco. Once you're done, you won't just break out the sparklers to celebrate the New Year, you'll pop them open at dinner parties, picnics and, well, just about any time the mood hits you!
