David Williams is a versitile musician performing and recording in a variety of styles that draw heavily upon the best of American blues and jazz. With his two bands, DECO DJANGO & THE HOT CLUB OF THE ROCKIES, Williams plays "Gypzy Jazz," acoustic swing-jazz in the '30s style, inspired by the music of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grapelli. Performed upon musical instruments of the era, Gypsy Jazz echos the sophistication and elegance of '30s swing.
