December Gaskell Ball - A Festive Holiday Dance December 18, 2010

Ye Gaskell Occasional Dance Society presents a Glittering December Ball.
Attire yourselves in elegant dance clothes – or Dickens Fair costume - and enjoy dancing Waltzes, Polkas, Set Dances, and other Victorian-era Ballroom Dances to Live Music by the Brassworks in the beautiful ballroom of Oakland's Scottish Rite Center.
Cost: $20
Dress: 19th - 21st Century Formal Attire or (tasteful) Dickens Fair costume.
Appropriate Ages: Teens to Adults
Please bring potluck "finger food" snacks to share.
Doors open 7:30pm for a 40 min. dance review.
There will also be a beginners' dance class during the afternoon (3:45pm - 6:15pm) at the same venue for a separate cost of $10.
