December Django Meetup - Pinax Project with James Tauber December 11, 2008

You are invited to the December Cambridge Django meetup tomorrow (thursday, 12/11) at Betahouse. Our presenter this month is James Tauber, the creator of Pinax.

Pinax is an open-source platform built on Django that dramatically reduces the time it takes to develop Web sites. By providing a wealth of social and collaborative Django apps out of the box, Pinax rapidly increases the speed at which your websites can be developed and launched. This talk will provide an overview of Pinax and how you can use it as the foundation for your Django sites.
