The DC Improv Comedy Club is hosting a special local comedy showcase in our Comedy Lounge. DC is notorious for launching the careers of such comedy greats as, Dave Chappelle, Lewis Black, Tommy Davidson and Wanda Sykes. Four local comedians will be performing 20 minutes each. If you are looking for a great night out, then look no further.

The Lineup Includes:
# Jon Mumma - Based in Washington, DC, Jon has performed at clubs, colleges, and theatres all over the country. He has worked with some of the nation's top headliners including Todd Barry, Todd Glass and Adam Ferrara and he can be heard reguarly on 98 Rock and XM Radio.

# Erin Jackson - DC's hometown girl, Erin Jackson was selected to compete in the inaugural Great American Comedy festival, which was held in Norfolk, NE June 18-22. Erin placed second out of 24 comedians from around the country. She won the chance to perform with Robert Klein, Jeff Caldwell, Nick Griffin, Eddie Brill, and Dick Cavett in the gala show, and she took home a pretty nifty cash prize as well. Congratulations Erin!

# Seaton Smith - Seaton C. Smith is not a typical gun toting African-American youth destroying our country. Hes a comedian, actor, writer, and filmmaker. Hes opened for Bob Saget, Janeane Garofalo, and Paul Mooney. Hes produced several shorts, was published in The best American Non-Required Reading edited by Dave Eggers and hes been honored to be invited to the prestigious Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival as part of "New Faces".

# Andy Kline -Andy Kline is a real comedian. He doesnt perform comedy because of a desperate need for attention. He isnt using comedy as a springboard for sitcoms and Sprite commercials. He wont pollute your mind with puppets, song parodies and other assorted wackiness. In short, he wont waste your time.

The DC Improv Comedy Lounge will be serving food and beverages.
