Known by most as a band caught somewhere between indie rock and Southern rock, Daybreakdown has tackled such alternative genres as blues, country, folk and bluegrass. They incorporate several different aspects of Southern music into their signature sound. Their raw talent and knack for the improvisational has brought them unprecedented and long-overdue acclaim throughout the region. The band was named the "Most Promising Southern Rock Band in the U.S." by Honest Tune Magazine's Readers Poll.
